Hello…

something is going very wrong on this planet and most of us do not receive all information about this.

The oil spill desaster in the Guld of Mexico, the treatment of nature there, the unprofessionell way of drilling, not thinking about the risks because of maximum profit thinking, all this let us think about why we see not much about this global problems in tv.

So Wolfgang and I talked about how we can make it possibel to publish all this things they are going wrong. The answer actaully is easy. We can use the I-net and we have the perfect platform for this plan. Its the Eumagine Factory, some of you know it already. We are planning to open soon an ecolycal channel on Eumagine Factory because we are sick of watching all this destroying which is done to our planet. 

The goal of EEC – Eumagine Ecological Channel (Working Title) is showing films about all that whats done wrong, films about the personell point of view from people they are directly harmed by catastrophies, exploitations by companies and goverments, the effects of disasters caused by humans.

EEC wants to show this problems, wants to help that this themes will not be washed away because they are uncomfortable. As we see the catastrophy in the gulf, we do not see much about in the medias and some is already manipulated like some images from BP. We do not see many victims and their now unsafe future. Here in Europe we do not see much of reality from the gulf, no dead animals, no burning turtles, not much people from the gulf who are crying because their life is destroyed. But also the problems in Nigeria, where Shell takes out oil and leave so much dirt behind. Or other many places on mother earth they are treated without any responsibility.

We are convinced that we should publish all the things they are going very wrong. EEC will be a platform for all who have to tell a story. It is our planet, This is our planet, not only the planet of goverments and companies, investors and mining dealers, we need to know whats going on on the planet. And the internet is a better place to show this, broadcasters do not have enough time and space.

So we start working on this idea, are looking for films about nature problems made by humans, whether its a multi-national group who is taking away the groundwater from indian farmers or farmers in Montana, we want to show the effects which is done to people who have no voice in the medias.

We have to take care about our planet. And the little we can do we will try. So, if you like the idea, spread it out, talk to your friends about because everybody on this planet has the right to know whats done wrong and how it could be done correctly. Together we can change the thinking about our enviroment, we can learn from each other. How are kids recognizing with their eyes and mind what adults are doing? They also deserve the truth, everybody does.

Right now EEC is an just idea, but like each journey is starting with its first step, so we do. The door is open… its time to take is in our own hands, waiting for goverment actions takes too long, but everybody is invited helping our planet…
